Terms adn Conditions
1. Scope & Definitions
- “Coach” refers to Dr Jude Bain.
- “Client” refers to anyone purchasing services.
- These terms apply to all coaching and consultancy services and resources.
2. Contract Formation
- A coaching contract underpins the coaching arrangement. This will be shared with you prior to purchasing services.
3. Services
- Coaching is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. Coaching Boundaries & Client Responsibilities - clients have responsibility for their own decisions, actions, outcomes and wellbeing.
4. Payment & Refunds
- Payment of each session is made at least 24h before that session. Services are paid in advance by bank transfer and can be split over time. Travel may incur additional cost.
- UK Consumer Contracts Regulations apply: 14-day cooling-off period unless services have started.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- At least 24 hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions or sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. I will endeavour to keep to the agreed sessions, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the coach will offer a rescheduled session at a convenient time, or a refund as an alternative.
6. Termination
- Either party may terminate the coaching relationship with written notice.
- The Coach may terminate the agreement if the Client behaves abusively, fails to settle payment, or presents issues beyond the scope of coaching, e.g. requiring therapeutic or medical intervention.
-Refunds for unused sessions will be provided in accordance with the Refund Policy.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in writing.
- All client information is confidential except where disclosure is required by law or risk of harm.
- Data is processed in compliance with UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Intellectual Property
- Materials provided are for personal use only.
9. Liability
- Limited to fees paid. No liability for indirect losses
- I have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance - [please ask for further information].
10. Complaints
- Concerns or complaints should be raised in writing. The Coach will respond within 14 days.
11. Governing Law
- Governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from this Agreement.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior discussions. Changes must be agreed in writing.
