What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching focuses on goals, decisions, and future-oriented change. It isn’t mental health treatment. (If therapy is more appropriate, I will signpost to other resources that you may consider).
What happens in the free discovery call?
If you are considering investing in yourself through coaching, we can arrange a 20-minute online call to meet and discuss your needs. Following this you can decide whether coaching can help you move forward. No pressure at all to commit.
Is it confidential?
Yes, absolutely. Confidentiality and trust are at the heart of coaching. Confidentiality is held within ethical, professional and legal limits and these are highlighted in the coaching contract that will be shared and discussed with you. See also my Privacy Policy.
What’s your cancellation policy and how are missed sessions dealt with?
24 hour notice is required to reschedule. Missed sessions or sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable. Please see my Terms and Conditions for further information.
